Maisy Chew has been a Registered Nurse for 13 years. She started her career at Madison County Healthcare System as a Med/Surg nurse. She has also worked in family practice and is currently working in Psychiatry for Mercyone. When she’s not caring for patients she co-manages Chew Plumbing Company with her husband, Justin Chew. Jessica graduated from Coe College with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007. Following graduation she worked for Mercy Medical Center in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit for several years before seeking her Master of Science in Nursing Education. She is currently teaching nursing for DMACC in Ankeny. Jessica has always had a passion for aesthetics and skin care and truly enjoys serving her FFC Beauty patients. Currently, she is a full-time faculty member in the Nursing Program at Des Moines Area Community College, where she shares her expertise and passion for the profession. Shawna Freeman was born and raised in Iowa. After graduating from Ogden High School in 1997 she attended UNI and later received her Associates Degree in Nursing from DMACC in 2000.

Shawna has worked in the hospital and clinic setting in women’s health prior to pursuing advanced practice. She earned her BSN and MSN from Graceland University in 2008 and became Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center later that year.

Shawna is the Nurse Practitioner/Medical Director for FFC. She also works full time as a Nurse Practitioner at West Des Moines OBGYN and also is the Medical Director/owner of Hydrate and Heal.
